GLB Heavy Metals Testing

All tests performed by Midwest Laboratories and the reporting values are presented by Midwest Labs as less than values of the minimum reporting values.

“Levels Found As Is” – are the heavy metal amounts found in the sample batch.

“Levels Found Units” – mg/kg equals Parts Per Million (ppm).

“Reporting Limit” – EPA minimum reporting limit for the heavy metal.

“Reporting Method” – method used for test

 

GLB Clean – Mineral Based Nutrients

 

GLB Clean Mineral Based nutrients include GLB Micro DS  0.30-0-0 and Bloom Accelerant 0.5-17-17 both mineral based products are 0.03% sodium or less and most of the heavy metals are pulled out of the products. Please check all ingredients in any nutrient program to see exactly what heavy metals are in your products.

• For each percent available phosphate (P2O5), the fertilizing material shall not exceed the following concentrations of nonnutrient metals: arsenic, 2 parts per million (ppm); cadmium, 4 ppm; lead, 20 ppm.

* Example: A product with 52% phosphate will have the following limits: arsenic 104 ppm (2 ppm times 52); cadmium
208 ppm (4 ppm times 52); and lead 1,040 ppm (20 ppm times 52).
